My name is Voracity, and I write fiction about girls kissing, nerd shit, and as much suffering as I can cram into my adorable meatbag protagonists. I wear my inspirations on my sleeve and I have killed the part of me that cringes. If you’re looking for stories about messy queers, this is the place.
I’m currently writing This Magical Girl is Mine, which you can learn more about by clicking on its name in the menu bar, or you can jump in and start reading. TMGM is a web serial about college dropout Rachel Emily, who becomes a witch-themed supervillain to spend more time with her crush, Sophia (who also happens to be her roommate and one of the most dangerous magical girl superheroes in the entire world). Shenanigans ensue. It’s also available on Royal Road.
I also wrote Feast or Famine, a web serial about an incredibly mentally ill weirdo named Alice who screams and flails her way through a world of horror custom-tailored to torture and tempt her in equal measure. That one isn’t updating anymore, and it’s been relegated to the hell of Amazon exclusivity due to a publishing deal, and it was plagued with a lot of structural problems and massive burnout, but I learned so much writing it. If you can get your hands on a copy, I’d love to hear what you think over in the Discord.
Finally, my friends and peers advise me that I should “market myself” and “write a call to action” and “tell my readers how to give me money so I can keep writing” so… I have a Patreon! It stays multiple chapters ahead of the public release of TMGM, and it reaching a stable income is the only way I will be able to keep writing at the pace I have been, so if you like my work and want to read more (and if you can afford it, more importantly), please, please, please consider throwing me a fiver every month to keep the lights on.
